Shipping & Tracking
Orders are processed Monday - Friday. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. A notification email is sent when an order is ready for shipping.
We ship from our facility in El Segundo, California, Monday - Friday.
When your order has been processed and the shipping label has been created, you will receive an email containing the tracking number.
This indicates that your order has been packed, the shipping label has been printed for your order, and is awaiting handoff to the shipping carrier.
Some shipping carriers can take a day or two to update the tracking history to show that the package was accepted and in-transit.
If there is no update after 3 days, please contact us, and we'll investigate the issue.
While package carriers make their best efforts at delivery, sometimes packages end up somewhere else.
Check with your neighbors, shrubbery, and doorbell camera.
Contact us with your order #. As the shipper of the package, we can open a claim with the carrier to investigate the delivery.
Before opening, take pictures of the package as it arrived, from multiple angles, focusing on the damage.
If items inside have been damaged, take pictures of them as well.
Contact us with those pictures so we can take corrective actions.
Our standard shipping is via ground. We can arrange expedited options at additional cost. Please contact for 1-2 day shipping options.
We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Exchanges & Returns
Items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days.
Items eligible for return must be in as new, unwashed condition. Excludes clearance, as-is, and final sale items.
We will send a pre-paid return label if the item was damaged in shipping, the wrong item was sent.
We suggest using a shipping carrier with a level of service that includes tracking information.
Please contact us with your order number, so we can notate your account, and handle your return more efficiently.
We welcome visitors, by appointment, to our showroom in El Segundo.
Our trade showroom is availably by appointment.
At this time we do not handle in-person returns/exchanges.
