Who we are first and foremost is a partnership that began with Marc and Michele , brother and sister, who started Native Trading Corporation in 1998 in California to produce high-quality textiles and finished textile products from USDA certified organic cotton under its Native Organic™ brand.

From the outset the partnership has been committed to fair trade practices and to protecting the environment, both in the cotton field and in the production plant. The company maintains the smallest carbon footprint in the industry by foregoing petrochemicals in its production processes and by minimizing shipping tonnage and distance. This partnership extends to include the North American organic cotton growers who further the cause of Earth-friendly and regenerative agriculture, the harvesters, the shippers and the factory technicians and craft people who spin, weave and finish the goods.

The Native Organic management team consists of our president and founder, our designer and COO, along with a finance officer, vendor manager and business development manager. Together we have an extended partnership with our customers to build market demand for organic cotton products we can be proud of.
